Former professional baseball player Hideki Matsui, known for his successful career in both Japan’s Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) and Major League Baseball (MLB), hosted a baseball clinic in Nanao, a city in Ishikawa Prefecture. This region, located on the Noto Peninsula in central Japan, recently suffered significant damage from an earthquake.
Joining Matsui at the event was Ichiro Suzuki, another legendary figure in Japanese baseball, who has also made a name for himself in the MLB. The clinic aimed to uplift the local community and inspire young athletes in the aftermath of the natural disaster.
